Terms
Last updated 7 October 2026
These are the terms for using OkayPost. They are short on purpose. Questions: okaypostapp@gmail.com.
The pilot
OkayPost is in an early pilot and is free while it lasts. Features will change as we learn. If we start charging, we’ll tell workspace owners first, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Your content stays yours
Designs, posts, captions and feedback belong to you and your clients. You let us store them and show them to the people you share them with, only to run OkayPost for you. Privacy says what we keep and where.
What you agree to
- Upload and share only content you have the right to use.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and what each person can see.
- A review link opens a client’s calendar for anyone who has it. Send it only to that client, and make a new link in Client settings if one reaches the wrong person.
- Don’t use OkayPost to break the law, to send spam, or to get at other workspaces’ data.
What we can’t promise
We work to keep OkayPost running and your data safe, but during the pilot it comes as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your original files in your own storage: OkayPost only reads them and never changes them.
Stopping
You can stop using OkayPost at any time and ask us to delete your workspace’s data (see Privacy). We may suspend a workspace that misuses OkayPost, and we’ll tell its owner why.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top and tell workspace owners about anything that matters.
